Tableau Server에 게시한 대시보드 화면을 조회할 때 시드에 마우스를 가져가면 버튼을 누르는 것 처럼 마우스 포인터가 손가락 모양으로 변하게 되는데 모양이 변하지 않는 오류가 발생할 수 있다.
원인은 화면 복잡도가 높아 이를 적용시키지 못하는 이슈다. 이때 rendering을 서버 혹은 클라이언트 쪽으로 변경하여 해결할 수 있고 아니면 대시보드에 컨텐츠를 줄이는 등의 방법을 통하여 복잡도를 낮추면 잘 작동하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
